Brew City’s Best BBQ Competition is an official Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) Sanctioned event. KCBS is a non-profit organization whose sole mission is to preserve the spirit of barbeque across the nation.  With over 10,000 members, KCBS sactions over 400 barbeque contest in 38 different states across the United States.
