Recent Development King Commons III
Located on King Drive near Center Street, King Commons III will be the second home in Milwaukee for Growing Power, a nationally recognized urban farm selling fresh fruit and produce. Hosted above Growing Power will be residential, low-income apartments. King Commons III follows the success of the King Commons I & II multi-use developments and is expected to be complete in Fall 2010.
Dreambikes Dreambikes is a nonprofit organization which employs local youth to learn business skills and technical skills necessary to run their retail outlet. Dreambikes sells refurbished bikes for people of all ages. The Dreambikes development was a transformation of raw warehouse space. Dreambikes opened their doors in April 2010.
