IT'S OFFICIAL, MANPOWER IS MOVING TO OUR DISTRICT!
On Tuesday, February 7, 2006, the City Council voted 13 - 1 to approve the financing package that was the final step necessary to bring Manpower Inc.’s global headquarters to the Historic King Drive Business Improvement District. The effort to bring Manpower to the District was spearheaded by Mayor Barrett, Council President Hines, and Alderman D’Amato, however this important victory would not have been possible without the support of dozens of business owners and residents that came out to hearings and wrote letters to the City. Thank You!
